Description
- Reporting into the Head of Operations
- Oversee the workforce planning of 1000+ agency staff.
- Oversee workforce planning with operational plans and workforce management.
- Predict future issues that the operation may face.
- Ability to respond quickly to customer demands due to the fast paced nature of the position.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure appropriate staffing of site
- Liaise with customer on expected volumes and VAS needs
- Management and guidance for a team in charge of daily operation performance data
- Reducing cost by implementing successful capital planning
Profile
- An excekkent understanding of E-Commerce Logistics
- SQL Experience
- A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background (Ideally as a Warehouse Planning Manager)
- Will be detail/data orientated
- Experience in planning for resource volumes of 1000+
- Experience of people management/development is key
- 3pl customer management experience is essential
- Commutable to Sheffield
Job Offer
- Basic Salary of £50,000 – £55,000
