Description

As Transformation Training Specialist you will assume responsibility for all training and development as it relates to the Finance Transformation Programme. You will lead and co-ordinate teams of Technology and Process staff to deliver training supporting the delivery of a new operating model, processes and systems to staff. Working as a key member of the programme team you will work closely with stakeholders to develop effective training modules and programmes in a way that supports a positive attitude to and successful adoption of the changes.

Profile

Essential Knowledge, skills and experience

An experienced Transformation Training Specialist, you will have demonstrable experience in planning, designing and implementing large scale and complex systems training to a variety of recipients (includes knowledge of the training cycle, and its importance in structuring approach)

Practiced in applying a range of training interventions that supports the delivery of new systems and processes, including face-to-face and e-learning approaches.

Previous success in influencing key stakeholders regarding the best approaches to training delivery, initiating ideas, and gaining commitment.

Good understanding of the latest technologies and industry practices in the implementation of systems training

Practiced in applying project management principles to training design and implementation, including the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously

Excellent communication skills using a number of methods, along with accomplished presentation skills.

Having worked in the Higher Education, Education and Training, Finance, Not For Profit or Public Sector would be advantageous but not essential.

Desirable: Prince 2 or similar qualification
