This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to start your career within an office environment. My client is seeking a Trainee to join their administration team based in central Leeds, this is an ideal role if you are a recent school or college leaver and are looking to start your administration career as full training will be provided and you will have the opportunity to study relevant qualifications. The successful applicant will have 5 GCSE’s grade 4-9, including English & Mathematics, be computer literate and have excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:
Typing of correspondence and documents – producing/amending/formatting
Filing/scanning/printing
Document collation/preparation of legal bundles
Raising/paying invoices
Receive incoming telephone calls and deal with queries or take messages as appropriate
Arrange meetings and travel for fee earners as required
Prepare monthly bills and billing reports for clients
Maintain an accurate and up to date filing system
File opening and closing in preparation for archiving
Undertaking Land Registry/Companies House/credit searches
Undertake ad-hoc projects alongside day-to-day tasks
Prioritise own workload and ensure that personal objectives are reviewed and met
Undertake required technical and personal development training to excel in the role
Act in a professional manner at all times, demonstrating discretion and confidentiality
School leaver aged 18+ – essential
5 GCSE’s grade A-C (4-9) including English and Maths – essential
IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook – desirable
