This is a multifaceted role that’s perfect for a French speaking Tech head!Technical Helpdesk Support role overview
You will work for our front end users making sure the company delivers outstanding solutions to the highest service standards.
 Utilising your expertise, you will play a vital handson role in influencing customer decisions, providing insightful solutions, training customers over the phone and online and building close customer relationships.
 You will be part of a team but need to be selfsufficient and use our vast library of “how to’s” to troubleshoot the smaller issues.
If you can’t fix it, you’ll then need a detailed write up to help the team solve it.
The Helpdesk Lead will coach and promote great customer interactions and problemsolving.
You will be leading a team of 3 and working alongside other specialist roles.
This role is fully remote with some need to come to London for meetings a few times a year.
Technical Helpdesk Support responsibilities
   Optimize platforms Build relationships internally, promoting inhouse learning  Take ownership of a number of French speaking customers Find the root cause of live bugs, working within ISO 27001 guidelines Able to identify solutions to projectrelated issues and risksTechnical Helpdesk Support musthaves
Great communicator, with excellent organisational and time management skillsExperience of any of the following
Dwellant, Zendesk, Confluence, YouTrack, Pendo or APIsGreat French language and writing  Data management, including ExcelTechnical Helpdesk Support benefits
