Our client, a start-up financial company supporting smaller firms, are looking for a proactive and confident temporary Team Assistant to assist the Campaigns Stakeholder Engagement and Communications team.

Based in fabulous offices in Chancery Lane, our client offers hybrid working. This role has so much opportunity, our client truly invests in their employees and are looking for an organised TA with strong communication skills and a self-starter, the successful candidate will be able to make this role their own.

The successful candidate will be working with sensitive and discreet information. Therefore, all applicants must be trustworthy, forward-thinking and be able to prioritise workload. This is a busy role, currently an ongoing temporary role with the possibility to transition to permanent.

- Complex calendar/ diary management
- Liaising with clients
- Attending meetings
- Minute taking + action meetings
