ASAP The University of Kent AcademiesTrust is seeking to recruit an experienced and proactive individual for therole of Teaching Assistant at Chatham Grammar, to support student learning andensure positive outcomes for those students who struggle with accessing thecurriculum.
This is a fixed term role, linked to funding, for 30 hours perweek, term time only.
You will be part of a teamdelivering and assisting in the learning of students across the Trust in avariety of settings
including whole class support or identified students on a11 basis or small groups of students.
This role will involve working withteachers to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities, as well asmonitoring, assessing, recording and reporting on student progress anddevelopment.
You will need to be confident,resilient, approachable and a good communicator as you will be required toliaise with students, staff and parents/carers.
