KM4HR are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant, to join an innovative and dynamic online business. This role is currently a complete remote working opportunity with the view to be working in the London office for 1 day per week going into the new year. This role will offer the opportunity to work across multiple disciplines and to be involved with strategic initiatives, within a cutting edge business.
Key responsibilities;

Work across all departments to deliver effective end to end recruitment, in line with the companies recruitment strategy.

Accountable for building and maintaining talent pools for each department, with a view to increasing quality while decreasing time to hire and costs.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Provide consultative support and guidance to managers in all areas of recruitment, keeping them informed of the progress on their vacancies.

Use multiple sourcing channels to find top talent within the technology and marketing space.

Conducting candidate qualification to ensure high calibre candidates are filtered and progressed through a streamlined recruitment process.
Experience;
-
You will have previous experience working as an internal or agency recruiter, with a focus on direct sourcing.

Previous experience sourcing from mid to senior level roles within tech or media preferred. Ideally with lower volume, high quality hiring for niche skill sets.

A strong candidate delivery/resourcing background with excellent analytical skills.

You’ll have bags of confidence to challenge recruitment requirements, business needs and have experience managing stakeholder relationships.
