My client is a highly reputable leading media and technology company looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to support on all their UK and APAC recruitment needs.

This busy role will be on a full-time and permanent basis, with flexible hours, hybrid working and a fab company culture with an amazing benefits package. There is an amazing office in central London to use on a hybrid basis.

The key role responsibilities include:

  • Direct sourcing and pipelining talent at all levels   
  • Working closely with relevant areas of the business to understand their recruitment needs, and to add value to the existing recruitment framework, and processes
  • Providing support, guidance, and advice to internal hiring managers and stakeholders within the business, on all recruitment and talent matters  
  • Provide potential candidates with an impeccable candidate journey
  • Genuinely care about the employee and candidate experience, with a warm, heartfelt and solution focussed approach
  • Clear understanding of GDPR, ETW and compliance regulations

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven track record working in recruitment
  • Ideally a least a year of internal experience, but open to exceptional talent from agency background if you embody their values
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
  • Impeccable stakeholder management skills
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence
