We currently have fixed term opportunities across 3 of our teams
Business Support Team We are focused on providing secretarial support to a range of stakeholders typically Senior Managers and Directors Team members need to be proactive in building and maintaining relationships so they can understand their stakeholders ways of working, and respond to changes in support as they arise.
Integrated Services Team We are part of a newly formed function within Internal Firm Services and are focused on providing support to the wider firm, with a variety of transactional administrative tasks such as
Process support Research Travel management Documentation Expense managementTeam members need to be engaged in the development and improvement of new and existing processes and be able to balance demands and deliver services to a high standardTech & Process Team The Technical and Process Support team has a number of different workstreams supporting different projects and areas of digital, technology and process activities.
Key areas of focus are
Digital and Technology Innovation Process ReengineeringAll roles require a high level of self management and personal responsibility coupled with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage tasks and workload.
You will have a customer service mindset, good technical skills and the ability to keep up to date with current and emerging technology.
