The Background

We are recruiting for a Student Enquiries Centre Officer to join a leading London university on a contract basis. This role is currently working from home 5 days a week due to the government guidelines but the plan is to return to a hybrid working of 2 days a week on site once that is lifted.

The Role

As a Student Enquiries Centre Officer you will provide first line responses to student enquiries over the phone, in person and through the student enquiry and case management system. This will involve resolving queries where possible and where appropriate escalating to the correct department as well as ensuring the relevant systems are updated and all information is tracked. In this role you will also assist in producing published communications for students and assist with data analysis, reporting and benchmarking activities.

To be a successful Student Enquiries Centre Officer you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a higher education environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and SITS student information system would be highly advantageous
