About the role
Full time – 39 hours per week
Permanent
Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7.00am – 11.00pm
£10.20 per hour (Inclusive of an £1.00 per hour, store specific location allowance)
We’re thinking differently about how we inspire people to create homes that enable them to live better. Working alongside our Store to Home Delivery Team fulfilling customer orders from our shopfloor and providing products and advice to customers that will spark new possibilities.
Key responsibilities
You’re a confident and friendly communicator, comfortable building relationships with customers face to face and over the phone. Efficiency and safety will be vital of course but your real focus will be the customer, either supporting their ideas on the shop floor or working to a one hour click and collect service.
Required skills & experience
You’re an organised and analytical thinker, and you know how to keep things simple. We provide courier, click and collect and home delivery services and products can range from tins of paint to bags of compost or hot tubs so being agile and flexible is important to the success of this role. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working and you’re flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
