The Presales team is made up of subject expertise, providing support to the Sales team and the client through the buying journey.
To be successful in this role you will have experience working for large international Information Technology company with an outstanding reputation in a client facing role.
Responsibilities
To provide a deep understanding of the software solution providing an efficient and productive service to internal and external customers sales teams, account manager and clientsPerform technical presentations of the software solution to support the sales team in acquiring business and achieving business targetsAbility to compile client tender responses on the sale team’s behalfRepresent the company at trade events and exhibitionsTravel to client sites will be requiredSupport and Manage and Coordinate Sales teams preparing bids and tenders in line with deadlinesProduct SMEClient Demonstrations and PresentationsManage sales deliverables, diarising presentations and eventsProvide marketing and product informationSupport sales members with presentations on both client site and remoteProvide support and training to clients face to face and remotelyRegister and attend industry events and exibitionsAdministration and documentation
