Soft Service Contract Manager
London Area
Circa £40,000 + Car

Are you an already experienced or aspiring Soft Services Contract Manager? This National business is looking for a soft service biased (Ideally with a cleaning & security background) to manage a number of prestigious client accounts. This is an exciting role with huge potential in a friendly hardworking business.

Duties/Responsibility;

  • Managing approx. 30 – 40 contracts in and around London.
  • Managing staff on a daily basis.
  • Dealing with recruiting and training needs.
  • Handling payroll and sickness for staff.
  • Ensuring KPI/Service levels are achieved.
  • Liaising with clients while building and nurturing relationships.Keeping a strict control of budgets.

    • The ideal candidate;

  • Background in cleaning and security.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear leadership skills.
  • Dedicated, hardworking and professional individual.
  • Ability to use Workforce Management systems (i.e. Timegate)
  • Excellent communication skills with clients & team.
  • Flexible.
