Service / Planner Administrator

We are continuing to expand our team and are looking to recruit a Service / Planner Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a good administrative background and a strong customer-focused “can-do attitude”.

The role will include the following duties but not limited to:

  • Logging of customer breakdowns and service requests that come in by Email and our phone system.
  • Processing of job sheets, liaising with other departments including parts and service to keep customers up and running.
  • Planning / Scheduling of active; due jobs, and calls.
  • Prioritise jobs based on locations and engineers skill sets.
  • Preparation of quotations for new and existing customers.
  • Involvement in Transport planning.

You will be required to have:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications – primarily Outlook and Excel.
