Overview
We have a current opportunity for a Senior Tech Recruiter – £80-90k on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London but with a hybrid working pattern.
This role reports into the Global TA Director but has complete automony for the Talent strategy for Tech hires within the organisation.
You will be partnering up to CTO level so this role really needs someone who understands the Tech Talent space. You will be the subject matter expert for IT Talent across the business and will lead an international team on hires ranging circa £70-£170k.
Although this role will need a strong track record in senior Tech hiring, we are looking for someone keen to move away from the operational side of things. This is a great opportunity to really impact how a major FMCG business evolves moving forward.
