Senior Support Engineer
We are working with the “number 1” Data Integration Company in the world, to support them with hiring a Senior Support Engineer. You will work with a market leading QRadar portfolio of security solutions.
What you will be doing as a Senior Support Engineer?
In this role, you will provide technical support to resolve customer issues by performing diagnostics, performance optimization, security incident analysis, solution/partner recommendations, and product knowledge transfer. You will work with some of the world’s top network and security experts to achieve a common goal!
- Build software tools and training materials to assist customers with their knowledge base
- Design detailed security solutions to tackle a wide range of complexities
- Be a key member of the management team
The skills required for a Senior Support Engineer
- 5+ years’ experience working with Linux / Unix
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting & networking
- Scripting in: Shell, Perl or Python
- Experience working with containerisation (Docker)
- Understanding of cloud technologies
- Batchelor’s degree in computer science or related field
What you will receiveas a Senior Support Engineer?
- The salary range goes up to £65,000
- Hybrid working
