Responsibilities Delivery of project commercial reports Project Commercial administration and reporting Delivery of project internal and external commercial targets Application for Payment processing Subcontract administration and management Engagement with project stakeholders on commercial matters.
Skills and Experience BSc in related subject or equivalent project experience Relevant experience of working as part of a project commercial team Chartered member to a recognised organisation RICS or CIOB an advantage Sound knowledge of commercial aspects of civil and infrastructure projects Experience in project expenditure profiling, cost reporting and cost forecasting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience of administrating construction contracts Experience of a Contract Management System preferred but not essential.
Capable of obtaining or currently holds UK Nuclear industry clearance Planning and Organising Accepts Responsibility Strong interpersonal and communication skillsLocationWe have one site in Whitehaven that is on the beautiful Cumbrian coast with easy access to the Lake District, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Our other base is Warrington, vibrant and ideally located between Liverpool and Manchester.
