Overview
My client is a National Top 100 Main Contractor, who work successfully across several key sectors.
As a result of expansion and winning new projects, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with them on a permanent basis within the Commercial, Education and Health Division.
Project values will be between £8m £40m ,this will be an office/sitebased role.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager & Director who will provide training and support.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the Commercial team
and be both experienced and proactive.
You will be responsible for
Budgeting and Forecasting Pre & post tender Monthly valuations Adhere to Management Plan.
Production of monthly CVR.
Cash Management Form Relationships with Subcontractors.
Communication with Site Team.
Working with clients Junior Team MembersThis is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid background within the Main Contracting sector and working on JCT Contracts.
The salary on offer is £65k£75K depending upon experience + package.
