Client Details

A growing organisation going through a their digital transformation journey are looking to on-board an IT Manager to manage the day to day responsibilities of the IT team.

Description

Your key responsibility is to keep abreast the developments and new applications as well as make recommendations to the Director of Finance and Resources on enhancements to improve the organisations IT services.

You will be required to implement and maintain systems and provide training in their use, ensuring proper and reliable functioning of software and hardware and providing prompt attention to any problems.

You will ensure est practice around documentation and security of all IT infrastructure and manage the IT Team. You will oversee the annual IT department budget. You will have the responsibility to buy, set up and configure new IT equipment and supplies and ensure suitable support arrangements are in place for hardware and software.

Profile

To be successful in this post you will have experience in senior IT support and experience of windows based networking both on premises and cloud bases. You will have experience maintaining a variety of IT systems and experience managing and supporting enterprise systems such as a CRM or LMS.
