Job Description
As the senior engineer on large programmes, you will be working alongside our Technical Architects to implement complex designs and migration plans, while managing a team of up to five engineers.
Working closely with Business Analysts, Engineers and Delivery Managers the right person would be able to effectively bridge the technology and business divide, this requires a candidate with a combination of both hard and soft skills. They would be expected to be able to:
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce documentation
- Present to peers both within our organisation and our client’s organisation
- Know how to discuss in writing
- Understand trade-offs and when to make them
- Backup their arguments with data
- Prove there is a problem before implementing a solution
- Mentor and guide less senior engineers
