SENIOR AZURE INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER (manage Azure estate, move to Architect role) | to £85k plus 20% bonus
- Azure estate, Tenancy, 3rd Party hosting
- API, Datasets, SOA, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS
- Gatekeeper of standards & policies
- Manage the Azure estate, working alongside the IT Security team
- Reporting directly to Head of Technology
- Progress to be company’s Chief Architect
- Hybrid – City based and working from home
This is an amazing opportunity to work as part of a small team reporting directly to the Head of Technology as the Lead Azure Infrastructure Engineer for the company. You will need to have sound Azure Infrastructure experience along with strong documentation skills working with 3rd party providers and delivering Cloud solutions to the business. Understanding of API’s and Serverless computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS). You will assume full ownership of new services and building out existing services across the group, scoping and delivering new integrated systems and Datasets, and be the gatekeeper of standards and policies.
Quick progression into the Chief Cloud Architect position and further training funded and provided by the company. We want you to progress quickly to be the company’s Lead Architect and continue to develop and certify yourself in Azure and Microsoft.
