Job Title: Senior IFA Administrator

Location: City of London

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Our client, based in Bishopsgate, is a forward-thinking holistic financial planning company offering whole of market advice. A boutique IFA, looking for an experienced administrator to join their small and friendly team, currently consisting of around 10 people in total.

The setup currently involves advisers and senior administrators working very closely together and the role consists of admin and client servicing support. The paraplanning is currently conducted by the advisers, but due to a new hire of a trainee paraplanner, this function will eventually be brought back in-house, and they are now looking for a capable administrator who would really enjoy working closely with the adviser and Junior paraplanner and harnessing that administration and client servicing function.

Experience within an IFA Administration role is essential.

Support with exams during this time will still be encouraged, as continued professional development is highly valued.
