To provide an effective employee relations service to managers and staff in dealing with all aspects of employee relations including complex cases for staff groups covered by Agenda for Change.

To be proactive in ensuring that issues are dealt with appropriately and resolved at the earliest stage possible in accordance with policy timescales.

To be part of the team actively contributing to the Human Resources directorate to provide an effective, efficient and quality ER service
