Senior Finance Business Partner needed to join a fast growing, international business on a permanent basis.
A fast growing organisation with a presence across the UK and the US, are looking to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner, to work out of their London based Head Office on a permanent basis.
The Senior Finance Business Partner will receive a salary of up to £90,000 per annum plus benefits, which includes bonus, pension, healthcare.
Dental care, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus bank, plus other company specific benefits.
The role is offering a strong hybrid and flexible working agreement, therefore candidates DO NOT need to be based in and around London 12 days a week maximum travel to site.
The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to
       Supporting the Senior Executive Team to partner them through long term strategic plans, challenging current movements and providing short term solutions.
       Supporting senior leaders to ensure short term plans and decisions are aligned.
       Working alongside global stakeholders to ensure company strategic plans are aligned and in place.
       Owning the cost base for a particular busines unit on a global scale, constantly looking to drive efficiencies.
       Driving optimal business unit performance through the creation and utilisation of meaningful insights and analysis.
       Business partnering key unit stakeholders to articulate insights and analysis.
       Developing and implementing a range of meaningful financial MI to support short and long term planning, as well as challenging key decisions.
       Supporting the business with investments and understanding the global plans and strategies.
       Building and driving business cases for review by senior leadership team to support key investment challenges and decisions.
       AdHoc duties when required.
The Ideal candidate will
       Be a fully qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA        Have experience of working within a similar role        Have the ability to manage and work with senior stakeholders        Be able to create and articulate MI and data sets        Be able to demonstrate strong communication skills alongside the ability to challenge and influence.
       Have experience of owning the reporting of monthly financial results to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
       Be a strong all round Finance Business Partner.
       Be willing to work both from home but also from the organisations London based head office 12 times per week on average.
