International brand needs a Senior Customer Service Executive! Do you have a passion for customer service? Want to work for a family run brand who are part of a worldwide leading group? A market leading brand in Milton Keynes are looking to pay up to £30,000 per annum for a Senior Customer Service Executive on a permanent basis.
The Senior Customer Service Executive will be based onsite in the businesses newly refurbished offices in Milton Keynes, where you will experience a family feel, but high success culture.
The Senior Customer Service Executive will be responsible for but not limited to
Taking calls from clients and end users regarding all elements of customer service.
Placing orders from clients and end consumers ensuring stock is maintained and in place to complete the order.
Paying attention to customer requirements with regards to special requests such as embroidery.
Making sure you work closely with the wider business to manage and control stock levels and communicate orders effectively.
Raising sales invoices and PO numbers when required.
Management of customer accounts.
Communicating with customers relating to any issues or complaints.
Using both email and telephone communication methods to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
Ad hoc duties when required.
The ideal candidate will
Have experience of working within a customer service led role.
Ideally this will be within an office environment, however this isn’t essential.
Have strong communication skills through both written and verbal methods.
Have good administration skills.
Good experience of Microsoft packages would be advantageous but not essential.
Any experience within retail and/or supply chain would be advantageous.
So, what is on offer? The Senior Customer Service Executive will receive a salary of between £27,000 and £30,000 per annum plus up to 10% bonus, pension, discounts plus other company specific benefits.
The role will be based at the organisations Milton Keynes head office, which boasts open plan, naturally lit offices with a family feel and team culture.
