They are experiencing an exciting time of change and development and require a part time Senior Administrator (21 hours per week) to join their small friendly team.
With the opportunity to work across a number of bespoke projects, you will be highly motivated and organised with a strong attention to detail. You will work flexibly between your home and their Head Office at Falmer, Brighton.
Overall, the Senior Administrator will be accountable for:
– Providing administrative and project support to the Commercial Team and the wider business.
– Providing administrative assistance to the Executive Team as well as general company and head office administrative support using SharePoint.
– Completing customer service aftercare calls and emails to help us to ensure we deliver a first class service to the NHS and our commercial partners.
– You will ensure that relevant records are up to date and all administrative processes work effectively.
Key attributes and competencies:
– Excellent organisational and time-management skills
– Fully conversant with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
– Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
– Attention to detail
– Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
– A problem-solving approach to work
– Some project management experience is desirable but not essential.
Professional experience and education:
– At least three year’s previous experience in a similar role.
– Full Level 2 achievement (equivalent to 5 or more GCSEs at grade A* to C) including Maths, English and IT.
– Ideally you will also have a relevant full Level 3 achievement (equivalent to 2 or more A-levels).
