Sanza Teaching Agency are working exclusively with an Outstanding primary School in Tower Hamlets to find exceptional and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 1 with complex needs. The pupil requiring support has made exceptional progress during the Autumn term. My client is seeking two caring and committed teaching assistants with a background in supporting young children with special educational needs who can continue the great work.

Person Specification
For this post, you must be an assertive and caring Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role. You will provide a willingness to contribute to all lessons and overseeing the preparation of lessons for the pupil in your charge. You must have the skills to confidently face challenging situations with a calm and collective approach. Previous experience supporting students with Autism is an essential requirement of this role.
About the Role
You will be working in Year 1 to support a pupil with complex needs. This child needs routine and consistency, so a TA with excellent organisational skills, dependable and hardworking would be ideal.
