Role: School Business Manager
Location: Primary Academy, South Norwood, South London

Annual salary: NJC Outer London, Spinal Column Points 30 – 32
Aston Education is looking for a full-time School Business Manager (SBM) for a Good 1-form entry primary school in South Norwood to start as soon as possible.
This role is part of the Senior Leadership Team, and the key responsibilities include the leadership of finance procedures and regulations, HR processes, premises management, Health & Safety and wellbeing.
You have School Business Manager experience, can operate strategically, communicate effectively and have passion for education. You have experience in leading and motivating teams and the ability to contribute to school improvement.
You are qualified to Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management (formally Certificate in SBM) or have demonstrable equivalent experience. Ideally, you have a good knowledge of Arbor and HCSS systems.
