Sales Executive
Manchester Staff are working with a Financial Services brand who are looking to add a Sales Executive to their team. The company are looking to build on their success by enhancing their company profile whilst also looking to expand into new distribution channels. The position offers Hybrid working and is based in Manchester Centre.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for following up warm leads with new customers, cross selling to existing members and helping with customer retention on existing policies.

The role:

To call new potential customers from daily WARM LEADS and sell the most appropriate policy to them.

Focus is on doing new business in the right manner and looking after their customers interest first.

No cold calling, a targeted approach with a minimum of 5 inbound calls/15 Outbound Calls and 5 emails daily.

Talking to potential customers on the phone, getting to know their requirements and tailoring the perfect solution.

Qualifying customer information and ensuring they are suitable to progress.

Ensure all administration and compliance is updated and completed.

Build and maintain relationships with customers that lead to increased revenue opportunities.
Required Skills:
-
Financial Services background is desirable but not necessarily essential.

Knowledge of sales principles and methods would be ideal.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to build relationships

Enjoy being part of a team

Pro-active and creative and able to manage multiple tasks
The package:
– Salary of 25,000 – £35,000 salary
– 5% pension contribution by employee and 3% by employer. Increases on a scale if you increase your contribution. IE if you decide to contribute 10% this would be matched at 10% by the business.

– 22 days holiday (increases with length of service)
– 3 extra days holiday between Christmas and New Year
