We’re looking for a People Partner to join our growing People Team! The role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and proven people professional who thrives whilst working in a fast paced, high energy, ever-evolving retail environment.
Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll be responsible for partnering with the heart of our business, the Retail Operation. As a people leader you’ll be responsible for guiding and supporting our amazing managers by designing and delivering the people agenda ensuring we continue to meet key business goals.
The role is ideal for a People professional who has previous experience working within a retail business, someone who loves getting their sleeves rolled up and has a flair for all things new and creative. Most importantly someone who has a passion for people!
Your Mission
To work with key stakeholders to build people capability.
To support the development of people strategies and activities across our retail function.
To continuously review and develop a very good understanding of the people challenges faced by key stakeholders and ensure feedback fed back into the people agenda.
Make meaningful contribution to people “add value” projects from recruitment and onboarding to reward and benefits to colleague engagement.
Influence, advise and coach managers to pursue courses of action which are in accordance with good employment practice, the needs of the business and the needs of the colleague. Ensuring legal compliance to employment law across the business at all times.
Provide end to end case management for high level cases up to and including tribunal cases (when and if required).
Support managers to effectively manage the overall recruitment experience, ensuring a positive candidate experience is at the heart of our recruitment processes.
Champion colleague engagement to ensure top talent is retained and business performance is improved.
