We’d love to meet someone with…
* Experience in multi-site field-based management or a strong single site performance history
* Previous customer service or retail experience
* Logistics, reporting, and site management experience
* Evidence of performance management
* Ability to influence and implement change
* Previous experience of driving targets and performance
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for technology
What does a typical day in this role look like?
* Provide a best-in-class brand experience, making our brand and our products unforgettable
* Manage promotional stand operations for duration of campaign as per client request
* Manage team of up to 60 people throughout the campaign
* Working with Blue Square Talent and HR teams for staff rota to arrange breaks and staff well-being
* Team performance management and leasing with HR/TA to report issues with staff & resolve quickly
* Liaising with local venue / shopping centre to sign in staff etc
* Creating an excitement and buzz, increasing footfall
* Lead and develop the brand experience team for the duration of the roadshow
