Recruitment & Talent Partner

This is an extremely rare and exciting opportunity to work alongside one of the biggest competitors within the audio & media industry who are on the lookout for a Recruitment & Talent Partner to join there lively team in Glasgow on a permanent basis with the added benefit of being able to work from the comfort of your own home for the best part of the job.

The ideal candidate for this role should be enthusiastic,driven and bursting with fresh ideas! Our client needs someone who they can trust to bring an abundance of knowledge when it comes to creating the best possible experience for their candidates and attracting new talent. Our client would also really like someone who is comfortable analysing and presenting geometrics,starts and conversion numbers in order to help them to understand areas which need improvement.

Location: Glasgow (home working)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday (flexible on start/finish times)

Salary: 25k to 35k DOE

What the role will require you to do…

  • Play a key team role in design, development and execution of talent solutions including strategies, frameworks, tools, and metrics.
  • Areas of focus will be determined by the HR Business Partners, talent prioritisation and business need, but to include: attraction, selection & assessment, employee growth & development, performance & career management, and people manager effectiveness.
  • Assist in designing the talent attraction package and deliver a first class candidate experience which enhances the brand.
  • Attract and engage with new prospect talent and act accordingly.
  • Oversee workforce needs assessment with HR colleagues providing frameworks and consultancy where required.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure successful development and deployment of talent solutions throughout the business.
  • Evaluates impact of Talent solutions to identify continuous improvement.
  • Help manage the effective delivery of resourcing and learning and development operations.
  • To manage independently any errors or concerns at the earliest opportunity, or notify a senior member of staff as appropriate.
  • To use initiative in order to determine priorities, work with autonomy, and work effectively with senior colleagues.
  • To be responsible for your own continuing self-development.
  • To undertake other duties not specifically stated above, which from time to time are necessary for the effective performance of the business without altering the nature or level of responsibility involved.

A bit about you…

  • Must be able to work efficiently alone or as part of a team
  • Must be comfortable communicating with people from all backgrounds and skill levels.
  • An interest of previous experience within the audio/media industry is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in recruitment working within a similar role is essential.
  • Good problem solver
  • Excellent time management
  • Able to prioritise workload and work to timescales
  • Ability to work proactively and multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Must be comfortable representing the brand
