Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location – London
Salary – £20k-£23k Base Salary Plus Uncapped Commission
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is exciting and varied. No two days are the same. Recruitment consultancy is hard work, however if you are ambitious, tenacious and resilient then you can have a financially rewarding and successful career.
The Role of a Recruitment Consultant:
· Business development to win new clients business – Primarily via cold calling.
· Sourcing the best candidates via head-hunting, advertising, networking and the company database.
· Interviewing potential candidates.
· Negotiating and closing deals.
The Package:
· A completive basic salary of £20k-£23k.
· Uncapped commission – On target earnings of £40k in year one, £75k in year two and £100k in year three.
· Generous holiday allowance.
· Benefits and incentives for hitting KPI’s and targets – Including all expenses paid holidays for top billers, previous destinations include Miami, Cape Town and Las Vegas.

You will need:
· A 2:2 degree from a top university.
· Direct sales experience – Not retail.
· A proven track record of resilience, money motivation, ambition.
