The successful Recruitment Consultant for this role will already have a proven track record in standards driven recruitment, and have the drive and ambition to grow business About You · You’ll already have exposure to recruitment – within any sector setting or you’re are a seasoned recruiter · Empathy is important in recruitment, and you will care about your clients and candidates with equal measure · You must be an effective communicator, and be able to converse with a wide range of clients and candidates · You will have a ‘never give up’ attitude, and have thick skin · We love a chat, and you will be a natural on the phone too!
