We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Receptionist at our one of our clients based in London. – Our client is a leading foundation who do research into many different areas including mental health, climate change and disease. As receptionist you are responsible for supporting the FOH Supervisor by welcoming visitors and staff, answering and referring inquiries and handle a variety of administrative support tasks. Be energetic, results-oriented with strong organisational, communication and relationship skills and high standard customer service.

Main Responsibilites
To maintain and operate the main reception desk and any other tasks related to this area/remit
Manage reception switchboard and assist Facilities & Workplace services helpdesk.
Provide administrative support to Front of House Supervisor as directed
Report & liaise on a daily basis with the Front of House Supervisor, the teams across the site and the client representative to ensure effective communication of all matters pertaining to the management of a professional service
Essential skills
Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
Deliver excellent customer service
Microsoft Office Skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
