Project / Package QS required ASAP for Residential Developer client on New Build residential Tower project!
I have an urgent requirement for a Project or Package level QS to work alongside a Lead QS on a New Build Residential Tower project of c.250 apartments in South East London, getting involved from the very start of the project at Procurement stage.
You’ll come from a Residential Developer or Main Contractor background and ideally have experience of working on larger projects and procuring a variety of trades and then managing them through to final account.
There’s progression opportunity as the client would like someone who within 1-3 years can go on to run their own project.
The position is available on a freelance, temp-to-perm or perm basis, and offers a good basic salary, 10% bonus, car / car allowance as well as travel, medical, pension etc.
