Overview

Position Purpose:

To work within the Quality Department using Quantum to ensure that all CMM’s are current and the ERP is kept up to date for the group.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Maintain a record of Component Maintenance Manuals and revisions for all OEM’s as required, to ensure that all work is carried out to the correct issue of the Component Maintenance Manual.
  • Maintain an accurate register of Component Maintenance Manuals, and to update and amend as required to ensure a full record is available in accordance with Quality requirements for the group.
  • Update the Capability lists and Address and Parts list with any amended maintenance data.
  • To review Quality hold issues as and when they arise for the group.
  • Be ready to carry out any other quality tasks
  • To update and maintain the training records and continuous training due within the company..

Future development:

  • To develop and gain a good understanding and knowledge of Quality Management Systems.

Requirement

Qualifications / Education / Training:

  • 4 GCSE’s

Experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Customer Services Experience
