Your new company
A Residential contractor with a new project in Leeds city centre are looking to expand their commercial team on a temporary part time basis (3 days a week) to be based on site during this time working with the operational team to understand and manage costs.
Your new role
You new role as a temporary freelance QS will be on a part time basis (3 days a week) flexible days, to manage the commercial aspects of the day to day running of the project. the project is the change of use of the existing building to apartments.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be able to demonstrate good commercial awareness for a main contractor, have effective budget management skills whilst maintaining required resource on site.
What you’ll get in return
The role is a flexible 3 day working week which if required might be extended as the client tenders for more work. this is site based in the centre of Leeds. The day rate for the project is negotiable and based on experience this will be paid weekly.
