We are looking for a Promotions Assistant with strong desire to develop communication skills to work in a busy marketing company based in London. A successful applicant will be able to work as part of a growing, friendly team. Experience with roles interacting with clients is an advantage, but not mandatory. You will work in an extremely dynamic team being trained in sales and customer development.

Role:

With a passion for face to face communication a great mindset and a well spoken individual you will find great results! You will be taught to provide a full range of services including, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Negotiations, Finance and much more. Establishing and maintaining great relationships with clients and customers will help target driven people! Participation in advertising and active advertising campaigns will also be part of the role of the Events and Promotions Assistant.

Main responsibilities of the Promotions Assistant:

  • Help set up and present client services to potential customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and questions.
  • Complete sales reports and daily progress tracking
  • Analyse market trends and keep track of results.
  • Implement Marketing tactics
  • Generate Leads
  • Customer Acquisitions

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:

Step 1: Selected candidates will get an email offering a meeting with our Recruitment Manager.

Step 2: We will set up a 15 minute casual preliminary interview to go over the companies goals and plan for the future.

Step 3: The top candidates will be given a hiring manager to manger the recruitment process and offered secondary interview with the view to get to know the person behind the CV.

Step 4: We will select the best people for the role and do a final Zoom interview with our MD

Step 5: We have a meeting with all Hiring Managers to select the top candidates who will work best in the team environment.

Step 6: We offer roles and start Zoom training to get this process going!

Salary: £26,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
