Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor required for February start for City based Fit-Out contractor!
This vacancy is for a relatively new entrant to the London Fit-Out market within the past 5 years – they’re looking for a Project or Senior level QS to run multiple projects from a Commercial perspective – fast-track procurement through to final account across a number of projects concurrently.
You’ll come from a Fit-Out / Refurbishment / Interiors background, preferably main contractor, though sub-contractor will also be considered, and have expeience of running your own projects up to c.£1m – £2m.
The role will be office-based in the City, with site visits and potentially some flexibility re working from home etc.
It’s an ongoing / long-term freelance contract with the potential for temp-to-perm as appropriate.
