Exceptional Project Manager required. I am working on behalf of a top tier main contractor in the city looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join the company on a permanent basis to head up a Residential project in Essex.
My client has a very strong pipeline for various residential schemes in Essex and look to have at least 10 years wroth of work in this area alone.
I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to get stuck in with one of their main projects in Essex. This is an opportunity to join a main contractor with family values who believe in investing time and money in their staff to bring Project managers on to be successful Directors in the future if so desired. This Project Manager will be joining an energetic and social environment which will nurture a positive attitude where you can learn from the best professionals in the industry and get experience on large and diverse projects giving you experience to propel your construction career.
The ideal Project manager for this role will come from a residential background as this project will be fast paced and need the Project Manager to be able to hit the ground running and lead a skilled construction team.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years as a Project manager on an RC frame who has worked with a main contractor or developer on project in excess of £50million. This role will involve a lot of interaction with the client, you must be good at logistics and reporting and strive for high standards at all times.
