About the team

This newly created Client Success team is responsible for the European business of one of our biggest global Automotive clients. We work across 20 different markets and are the programmatic arm within a wider Biddable team (which also houses Search, Video and Social specialisms). As programmatic experts we use best-in-class tech and media to keep the client at the forefront of Digital. Responsibilities include running campaigns, providing best-in-class reporting, ensuring exemplary account management and generating new commercial opportunities.
About the role

The Client Success Executive is responsible for ensuring that all campaigns have what they need to be run successfully, and that the team has all the information required to make decisions around performance and optimisation. This role will develop a sound basis across all elements of a programmatic campaign, laying strong foundations for career development.
Role requirements

  • Ensure that all elements are in place for a successful campaign launch, including sourcing pixels and creative assets.
  • Manage the flawless implementation and execution of agency campaigns. This includes creative upload and approval process, pixel generation and DMP segment generation.
  • Support CSMs in the running of campaigns, including DSP setup.
  • Run all reports and make sure campaigns are pacing and delivering as planned, report any anomalies to CSMs.
  • Create and deliver campaign reporting as required per client.
  • Manage all bookings to, and reconciliations for, deliveries by 3rd party suppliers.
  • Deliver first-rate campaign setup and operational execution across your clients, hitting client KPIs whilst maximizing profitability.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and campaign information across all key systems such as Salesforce, Radia and AppNexus.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on a key topic as agreed with your manager.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Interest in marketing and digital advertising
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing
  • Clearly follow all processes and administration
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly excel and powerpoint
  • Comfortable with numbers and making decisions based upon data
  • Always acting in line with Xaxis values
  • Able to meet client needs in line with manager’s instructions
  • A love of data, technology and analytics
  • A 2:1 (or higher) degree in a STEM subject preferable, but not essential
  • Second languages preferable (European), but not essential
