The Role
The Production Supervisor, someone who can really make the difference day to day on the factory floor ensuring the production plans are hit and labour targets are being met.
As the Production Supervisor, you’ll be leading a team throughout prep, cooking and packaging & ensuring all KPI’s.
This includes maintaining and achieving high levels of GMP, H&S & compliance with food manufacturing standards.
Along with being one of the key leaders onsite, you’ll being working on a Monday to Friday position – on a day shift.
Reporting into the Site Manager.
What you’ll need
Previous leadership experience ideally a couple of years Recent food manufacturing exposure An understanding of food safety standards Knowledge of KPI’s Strong communication skillsThe Company
