As Private PA, based from a stunning Family Office in the heart of London, you will be an integral member of a close-knit team, all passionate about their work and providing the Principal with an exemplary level of support. The duties will be diverse and the pace fast, so I am looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, energetic, reliable and dedicated Private PA. The critical thing is for this person to take pride in their work – put themselves in the boss’ shoes and pre-empt every eventuality, going the extra mile to ensure his needs are met and his well-being is centre place. From exhausting levels of global travel (both private and commercial), entertaining, transits, errand running, personal shopping and appointments you will need to wear many hats simultaneously and be able to multi-task and juggle multiple balls. Discretion and professionalism are key as you will be an ambassador for him – meeting celebrities, global icons, dignitaries and world-leaders. No task can be considered too menial and everything must be done with a positive outlook. A superb opportunity to learn and grow, working alongside a senior EA at the top of their game.
