Job Description
Stirling Council is seeking to provide an enhanced supported first year in practice for newly qualified Social Workers.
The Practice Development Officer will put this in place and directly contribute to its delivery to ensure that newly recruited staff have a positive experience.
Responsible for the professional supervision and line management of the Practice Educator, the post holder will contribute to the development of a strong learning culture, forge links with academia and develop practice learning opportunities for students and staff.

Requirements
