An exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to join a global Private Equity Fund.
An exceptional PA role, you will be supporting their CFO/COO alongside the HR director. As well as traditional duties such as extensive diary coordination, organising international and multi-stop travel, creating detailed itineraries, arranging meeting across the globe and agendas. You will also become an integral member of the team, supporting in research, presentations, liaising with clients and event organisation.
The ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities, work pro-actively and comfortable in quickly building and maintaining relationships with other assistants. You will have a ‘nothings too much trouble’ attitude and enjoy working alongside ambitious and intelligent individuals – sharing ideas, thoughts and helping with processes. You will also have experience as a PA within the HR department where confidentiality and due diligence is a daily norm.
I industry – we are keen to see PA with experience within investment or professional services in a fast paced environment.
This Mayfair based permanent PA position is paying up to £50,000 and is to start as soon as the right candidate is found and therefore will accept notice periods.
