Red Bull is currently recruiting for a People and Talent specialist to be part of our People’s team based in London, UK.

Our purpose is to find the right people, realise their talents and keep them. As People & Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring we give our people a first class people experience, responsible for providing the full People lifecycle and payroll administrative support to the People Team and wider business whilst delivering best in class service to all internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about giving our people the best experience, have strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail with a strong desire to learn. This role is an integral part of the UK People team and we’re looking for a passionate individual to help give our people, and potential talent, wings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

People Lifecycle Administration

Responsible for all department administration including issuing employment contracts, employment change letters, maintenance of People files, management of all benefits administration and completion of all Company references.

Management of all new starters and leavers processes and administration including new starter inductions, assisting the People Business Partners with on-boarding to give our people the best start into the business.

Payroll

Responsible for all payroll administration, as well as data input as required.

Work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accuracy and avoid errors.

General Admin

Key point of contact for Accounts Payable Team, raising invoices and supporting the team where necessary.

Talent

Work closely with the Talent Manager to support on all recruitment administration and System Maintenance (Taleo and Hirevue).

Screening CV’s and sharing relevant profiles with hiring managers.

Management of our customer queries and recruitment inbox.

Interview support as required.

Supporting the IR35 Process, liaising with Managers to bring on resource where required inline with the legislation.

Projects

Manage the yearly intern programme in partnership with the talent manager ensuring the programme runs smoothly and we hire exceptional talent from a broad talent pool who could be our future talent.

Responsible for managing the administration of the yearly Intern Programme, including internship job requests, posting vacancies online, communication to hiring managers and issuing contracts.

In collaboration with the Talent Manager, support the recruitment of the bi-annual Graduate scheme. Responsible for managing the recruitment campaign, managing the assessment day and shortlisting candidates for the scheme.

Provide an efficient and accurate support to the People Team and business and m aintain 100% data quality.

Timely and accurate delivery of all related tasks and projects.

Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

Working with the wider People Team to continuously support and develop our processes.

Continuous development within the role and a passion to learn, develop and be involved.

We value experience over formal education. CIPD (or equivalent) would be an advantage but it’s not essential.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
