This prestigious and forward thinking organisation currently has an opportunity for a Business Development Administrator within their Surrey Head Office with a remit to sell bespoke fleet management solutions, products and services across a broad range of industries and sectors in order to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Working in a lively and highly professional, friendly sales team this is a varied and challenging administrative role the details of which are summarised below
Manage stationary levels for tender responsesCollate sales packsFilingDatabase maintenanceRaise contractsFile and maintain quotationsVehicle orderingBid sheet preparationRaise quotesPricing on spreadsheetsAssist in the tender and sales processPost dutiesMarketing and assistance with campaignsApplications for this exciting administrative opportunity are particularly invited from candidates who already have strong admin experience ideally within a sales/service based environment with 1st class relationship management skills.
Experience within the automotive industry would be an advantage but is NOT essential.
However you will need to be able to provide accurate work to deadlines and have strong IT skills to include MS Office applications.
