As Operations Manager, you will be central to developing a customer-focussed culture throughout the business, driving an ethos of continuous improvement.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Leading the Operations Team to continually achieve and supporting them to exceed productivity, operating cost, customer service and quality target levels.
• Developing a “safety first” approach that ensures operations are conducted in manner which fully complies with our high standards of Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental processes.
• Embedding a strong and sustainable culture of customer focus and continuous improvement through collaboration and teamwork.
• Working alongside HR colleagues to recruit, train and develop the site team, managing performance and reward, maintaining engaged employees capable of meeting current and projected objectives.
• Formulating and managing the annual operational budget to secure the resources necessary to achieve business success.

As Operations Manager Requirements:

• You’ll need a Health & Safety qualification, such as NEBOSH.
• You’ll have demonstrable experience of managing an operational function with a proven track record of delivering results.
• A strong communicator and relationship builder, you’ll have exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to operate and influence at a strategic level, and develop excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercially numerate, you’ll have experience of managing budgets.
