Senior Onsite Account ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior OnSite Account/Contracts Manager looking to take their next step and join a large independent recruiter who has more than 40 branches accross the UK.
My client has won a number of on site contracts in the Plymouth region and will pay for the best recruiters in the industry to join them.
The Senior OnSite Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of one of my clients blue chip contracts to ensure that a high quality consistent service is delivered to meet business requirements.
The successful applicant will have full responsibility for delivering on the KPIs and SLA, managing the onsite team to ensure daily operations and the contract runs smoothly.

Fully manage the Contract from recruitment, building effective client relationships to operational deliveryConsistently achieve weekly KPIsLine management of the onsite team and on site coordinators including motivation, target setting and developmentOversee the daily implementation of the operational planRegular updates and timely escalation of risk/issues to line managerStrong client relationships and creation of positive client perception of my clients servicesFully understand client requirements and ensure they get fulfilled consistentlyRecruitment of warehouse staff and other staff locally to meet demandsCoordinate with the Operations/Recruitment Team and local branches for advertising and marketing needsPlan and organise the assessment process for all workersAccountable for overall compliance at sites and ensure plans for contingencies are in placeEffective worker management including absence, pay queries, performance, retention, etcUndertake investigations and conduct disciplinary/grievances as and when requiredPlan and organise the induction process for new starters including a meet and greet and issuing of welcome packs/uniforms, etcResponsible for accurate accident reporting and any insurance/claim issue that may riseOther
Act in a calm, professional and proactive manner at all timesThe OnSite Contract Manager will take a flexible approach to their working arrangements, particularly in relation to reassignment of duties that may be necessary when colleagues are away or during peak periods of work.
Person Specification
An experienced Recruitment Contract/Account Manager that has experience of running large on site contracts and dealing with volume recruitment of Industrial staffThe Requirements
Experience of building effective client relationships at all levelsExperienced and successful at management and delivering results.
Experience of working with various reporting and forecasting tools.
Experience of strong people management skills and enjoys a challenge and working to targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport with a variety of stakeholders at all organisational levelsExcellent client facing skills with the ability to build effective and sustainable relationshipsSelfdriven, proactive and resultsoriented with a positive outlook, a clear focus on quality and business profit.
